I'm so honored to be able to give back to a University and Athletic Department that has given me so much.  While obtaining my degree, I gained those intangible leadership skills like teamwork, discipline, commitment, and integrity, that are highly sought after in today's workplace.

When I left Bradley I knew I wanted to stay involved.  I have been a member of the Varsity Club Board of Directors (formerly the B-Club) for over 20 years and have given my time as a volunteer to support the current student-athletes.  It is my hope that we, as former student-athletes, can help provide the positive winning experience to our current athletes, who stand where we once stood, through mentoring, volunteering, attending events, and our donations.  Go Braves!

My time as a student-athlete at Bradley University has been incredibly rewarding. Being a part of the women’s basketball team has pushed me to grow both physically and mentally. It has prepared me for the future by developing skills such as communication, organization and how to manage my time. I would not have had such a wonderful experience thus far without all of the phenomenal teachers, coaches, athletic department staff and leaders here at BU. I am so thankful to be a part of such an outstanding program.

I felt welcomed, loved, and invested in the moment I stepped on campus at Bradley University.  Words cannot describe the gratitude I feel to be a part of such a fantastic athletic program and school as a whole.  Everyone from The Braves Club, to my coaches, to my very first professor freshmen year have made this experience one I want to relive over and over again.  I will forever feel a part of the Bradley family which gives me an overwhelming sense of pride.  Once a Brave, always a Brave!

Being part of the soccer team means that I am a part of something bigger than myself. It means that I am representing the University on and off the field. It means that I represent all of the players that have sweat and fought before me to build the program to the level it is at today. It means that I must leave every part of me in the classroom, in the weight room, and on the field to represent the school, the past players, and the players to come, in the highest possible way. It also means that I am part of a family; a family that goes through hardships as well as extreme joy.  Because we know that win or lose, we will always have each other.

I am forever grateful for the experience of attending Bradley University.  Throughout my four years as a student-athlete I acquired not only a very fine education, but also many valuable intangibles that have served me not only during my career in business, but life in general.

The ability to give back to Bradley is an honor and privilege. The relationships that were created and still kept to this day can't be matched. To see what was and what is now is amazing! It shows that the institution is staying at the forefront of education and athletics to compete at the highest level. To be able to say I'm a Bradley Brave is something I say with great PRIDE. They helped shape me to be the professional I am today. Once a Brave, Always a Brave!
